Website privacy.
Understanding what is useful
We record daily totals of selected website actions, such as opening apartment details, viewing floor plans, and following leasing links. This feature does not use cookies or visitor identifiers. It stores only the date, action type, property category, and count—not names, email addresses, IP addresses, or the text of an inquiry.
The activity feature respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Hosting and third-party services may separately process technical information under their own policies.
Apartment and commercial inquiries
When you submit our apartment or commercial inquiry form, the contact details, apartment preferences, and other answers you provide are sent to ATR Properties at info@scranton.properties using Resend, our email delivery provider. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. These answers are stored in the website’s database and are available only to the owner after sign-in, so we can manage and follow up on inquiries. They are not included in aggregate activity reports. Your draft stays on the page until you submit it or leave. An inquiry does not reserve an apartment or start a credit or background check.
To limit spam, the website temporarily stores request counts and a rotating, keyed identifier derived from your network address. It does not store your raw IP address in this database. These entries expire within two hours and are removed during subsequent submission attempts. Inquiry emails remain in the leasing team’s mailbox and may also be retained by the email delivery provider. Contact us with questions about your information.
Formal applications, resident services, and the separate TenantCloud contact form are handled by TenantCloud under its own terms and privacy policy.
Commercial tenant portal
The invitation-only commercial portal uses an essential, secure sign-in cookie that lasts up to seven days. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; setup links expire after 30 minutes and can be used only once. Resend delivers password setup emails and message notifications.
Maintenance requests and attached photos are stored privately in the website database and emailed to info@scranton.properties through Resend. Photos are resized for email before upload. ATR uses these emails in its maintenance intake process, including entry into TenantCloud. Your portal shows maintenance history for your assigned space from TenantCloud. Saved submissions and private conversations are available to your approved account and ATR’s authorized owner. Email notifications link to the private conversation.
Requests, photos, and messages are retained for maintenance records and support; contact ATR to request removal of your account or records. Authentication rate limits use keyed identifiers rather than storing raw network addresses. Older test submissions remain labeled as tests and are not emailed.
Private reports
Website activity totals are available only to the site owner after sign-in. They help us understand which spaces and features visitors explore.
